About Us
Angel Care Support Ltd is owned by Mr and Mrs Holbrook, they too receive home care on a daily basis due to the fact that they have two children who are mentally and physically disabled.
Due to this fact they know only to well how difficult it is relying on care agencies to provide reliable and good quality care to their loved ones.
The reason Angel Care Support was conceived is because our directors were dissatisfied with other care agencies seeing them as profit to there business, forgetting that the aim is to improve a persons quality of life.
Angel Care Support puts the importance into improving quality of life, and consequently aims to provide:

Care workers: that the service users feel content with, choosing to have them attend to their care needs.

To promote and ensure: a reliable, trustworthy and high quality standard of service to all people we provide a service for.

Regular liaisons: with service users, and relevant family members to discuss and fine tune the care plan, regular meetings will be made with all relevant parties including the care staff, management and service users.

To ensure services are provided to meet the assessed needs of the service user: and to ensure services are delivered as planned, in a manor which recognises the rights of the service user to exercise choice and independence.

To act as part of a multi disciplinary team: with other service providers i.e. health, education, transport and social services etc.

To help service users: access the community services they require such as GP, day centres, and education etc.

To enable service users: to develop a positive image and maintain good health and a quality service delivery.

Creating trust: create an environment of trust, by seeking consent where possible from parents/guardians etc, emphasising respect for child/ young people and their care networks.

To encourage and enable service users: to have the best quality of life and defeat barriers in which they come across throughout their lives. Promoting service users to make day to day choices and follow out those choices. Supporting people to develop social and life skills
