Elderly
Assisting elderley people with daily challenges and goals. Helping with personal care, companionship, household chores, shopping, social activities. Ensuring that our service users are at the centre of all decisions made about the care in which they recieve.
Children and Young people
We provide a service for children and young people as well as their families, dealing with particular and complex needs.
Learning Disabilities
Enabling and supporting people with learning disabilities to live as independantly as possible and promoting social inclusion in a person centred way.
24 hour care
We are able to provide care 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Physical disabilities
Providing quality care and support to those with physical disabilities, enabling them to live as independantly as possible. Our carers are fully trained in all manner of equipment and aids.
Palliative care
Providing comfort and support to terminally ill service users and supporting their families.
Hospital discharge
Assisting in the road to recovery and providing an after care service where required.
