We ensure that the care package is flexible, person centred and tailored to the individual needs of the person with dementia, always making sure that there is continuity of care. We aim to provide support that makes a difference to the person with dementia and their families.

We are able to provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for those with the most complex of needs. We will always ensure that care is provided with consitency and transparency. For those in need of a 24 hour care package, you will be introduced to your own 'team leader' to ensure continuity of service.
