Children and Young People

Providing services to children and young people with complex needs as well as their families in a range of settings.

Providing respite to parents and carers through both personal and social care packages.

Learning Disabilities

Enabling and supporting people with learning difficulties to live as independantly as possible and promoting social inclusion in a person centred way. We provide the right support for people with learning difficulties to ensure that their life experiences match their plans and potential.

Elderly Care

Assisting elderly people with daily challenges and goals. Helping with personal care, companionship, household chores, shopping and social activities. Wherever possible, we encourage service users to continue doing as much as they can for themselves, maintaining confidence and life skills for as long as possible.

Physical Disabilities

Providing quality care and support for those with physical disabilities, enabling them to live as independantly as possible.

Our carers are fully trained in the use of manual handling equipment and aids.

Dementia and Alzheimers

We provide a care service for people with dementia, supporting them in their own homes and the community. We ensure that the care package is flexible, person centred and tailored to the individual needs of the person with dementia, always making sure that there is continuity of care. We aim to provide support that makes a difference to the person with dementia and their families.

24 Hour care

We are able to provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for those with the most complex of needs. We will always ensure that care is provided with consitency and transparency. For those in need of a 24 hour care package, you will be introduced to your own 'team leader' to ensure continuity of service.

Palliative Care

Providing comfort and support to terminally ill people and supporting their families. Our palliative care service supports adults, young people and children who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness, who wish to remain living in the comfort of their own homes whilst being treated with dignity and respect.
