Although I am the company director, I am very much involved in the day-to-day running of the business and services we provide. I am most likely to be the person you will initially speak to should you call the office. You can call me for any help and advice you might need in regards to Angel Care Support LTD and the services in which we provide or indeed to arrange an initial assessment.
I am also responsible for the finanicial side of things, so any issues with invoicing, financing, or payroll then please give me a call.
My role is to concentrate on the care service in which you recieve. I am the person who will work with you and your family to tailor a unique care plan and to then ensure that your package remains flexible, helpful and most importantly user-defined.
I am also responsible for ongoing quality checks by way of re-assessments, quality assurance measures and spot-checks.
You can call me to discuss any aspect of your care package or of course if you would just like a chat about how we're doing as your care provider.
All support workers for Angel Care Support Ltd are fully trained and qualified in a wide range of care and support services. They have an enhanced DBS check (formally CRB) to ensure that our service users have complete peace of mind.
You can find out a little bit more about some of our most senior carers by reading their introductions below:
Hello, I'm Maxime and I've been a support worker at Angel Care for five years now. I have an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care and I have completed a wealth of training courses whilst working here. I love my job as I really enjoy meeting new people and I love a good old chat. I work with adults and children and nothing has ever phased me (yet!) and the diversity in the service users I work with keep me on my toes and keep my role an interesting and fun one.
My name is Vicki and I have been at Angel Care Support for around five years now. I was new to the care industry when I started but ACS offered a wide range of training courses and I also gained my NVQ 2 & 3 too. I support both adults and children and cover a wide range of care duties which always keeps the role interesting and diverse. The most rewarding part of my role is helping my service users to remain social. Seeing people enjoy their lives and knowing I've made a difference is what brings a smile to my face.
Hello, my name is Jackie and having spent several years working in the care industry I have seen many changes. Across the industry visit times have been cut and carers are often expected to be able to provide a service in thirty minute visits or even less. As Angel Care insist on a one hour minimum visit time, I am now able to spend quality time with my service users; getting to know them and their families and being able to provide an excellent standard of care.
